I can remember while growing up hearing horror stories of people who purchased “dream property” by phone. The person selling the property gave a great sales pitch, sent beautiful pictures, and presented an urgency to purchase NOW or lose out on a great deal. So when my neighbor told me he wanted to buy property online, my mind flashed back to the past. One morning he invited me over to view his dream property. I was impressed! There was a video of the entire property. One of the neighbors to the property gave a testimony regarding his property and how happy he was with it. We then used Skype to actually ask questions of the seller. My neighbor ended up purchasing his dream property and I’m invited to visit any time!
