This is a great Blu-ray player which allows us to watch Blu Ray Discs,DVD’s,and HD DVD’s - also CD’s but,the CD playback is not its strong suit and it’s not what I bought it for. I’m sure that not too many,if any people are buying the BD-UP5000 for its CD performance. That all was expected but,the two largest problems that it has are, it currently has no DTS HD or DTS HD Master support,its Dolby True HD is,as of now,limited to two channels and It cannot play BD-R or BD-RE discs. There is a firmware update available now which resolves disc compatibility issues.
The samsung t260hd hdtv monitor is certainly the best monitor I have ever had. I was using Samsung 971p and Samsung 940BX prior to this one and I could definitely say this beats both of them. I’m into photography but I’m not a pro even so my photos look amazing on this monitor — high quality, sharp bright tones on a large screen. The images are really detailed and well-defined at the same time. Photos convey more aspect in both the highlights and dark areas when compared with any other monitor. I love this monitor. With the standard settings, the monitor was slightly too bright for me personally but to each its own. Few changes and you will have it your way without a hassle. The monitor was simple to set up and use both as a TV and monitor. The remote is simply the proper size, with all the important buttons and enough space in between them for even my large fingers. With a huge wide screen monitor, watching movies and instant movies on it look impeccable. If you are considering of getting one of these monitors, just do it. You will love it. I have bought this Air cooler last year, ready for those hot summer days. We had a few hot days and I was very much impressed with the performance of this Household appliance. It only took a little while before the room temperature was lower and the vibration setting definitely spread the cool air throughout the room. In the winter, last year, I also used this as a heater in our conservatory. It works really well and has several heat settings.
